Return policy for artwork: I'm sure you will love your CheyAnna Peterson original artwork! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, and we will gladly provide a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the artwork is defective or damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders can not be returned. I work closely with the client to make sure the commission aligns exactly with the customer's vision and don't consider the piece "final" until written approval from the customer is received. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your custom painting. 

I cannot accept returns on the sale of gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
